These pages are static. The hosting layer records a truncated client address, the requested path and a timestamp, retained for 14 days and used to investigate availability problems. No cookies are set, no analytics are embedded and no fonts or scripts are loaded from a third party that would receive your address.
Uploaded objects are processed as a data processor on behalf of the sending organisation, under the data processing agreement concluded with it. Objects are encrypted at rest, stored within the European Union, and deleted when the retention period of the link expires. The audit record of a transfer outlives the object itself, which is deliberate.
A recipient address is used to deliver the link and, where the sender enabled verification, a one-time code. It is retained with the transfer record and is not used for anything else. Recipients have no account and we create none for them.
